I always have a good experience when I go to citizens bank. The people are so friendly and i'm able to do everything I need to do and sometimes more. My only disappointment is they have closed The citizens out Mayfield and the one on 185th street. There is still a Citizen's around 260th & Lakeshore.
Great customer service, clean environment
I came in for the first time because I have been having issues with my prior bank for years. I had heard good things about citizens, so I decided to give them a try. Nia was my bank teller and she helped me figure everything out very quickly. She was extremely kind and definitely went over the top with the customer service. I can already tell this will be a much better experience. I highly recommend, 5/5!
