I came in for the first time because I have been having issues with my prior bank for years. I had heard good things about citizens, so I decided to give them a try. Nia was my bank teller and she helped me figure everything out very quickly. She was extremely kind and definitely went over the top with the customer service. I can already tell this will be a much better experience. I highly recommend, 5/5!
2Citizens Bank practices deception. This branch manager looks out for only herself. This bank reniged on an online banking offer,which offered a bonus for opening certain savings and checking accounts using direct deposit. I have been tricked into opening a non bonus account; they denied the bonus code. I hope that I can get my deposit back and close this account.
