Somebody don't respect me nothing when I talked to them about my card. I don't like them damn cuz they re real rude.. I go to another good place with citizens bank.
We came to this bank to open an account for my mother, not realizing that an appointment was required. She recently had knee surgery, and it was extremely difficult for her to get out of the car and walk into the branch. At that time, there were four employees inside and not a single customer, yet we were still refused service despite explaining her condition and the pain she was in. I went in yesterday without my bank card to withdraw money. God forbid!!! Jen R. asked for my identification, I presented it, and we proceeded with the transaction. She called someone for an over ride and all hell broke loose. The manager and the other Jen proceeded to interrogate her as if it was her first day of work. Very embarrassing!! Jen R. remained cool, calm, pleasant, kind, and helpful. I was disturbed by the way they behaved in front of me.
My Supervisor took care of business for me expertly got my card and money without any problems.
