Very frustrating when you have a problem and call the customer service line. Can not understand the people that answer since they are in different countries and can not help you when you have an issue. They can't even do their job and then mess everything up. Now I have to actually go to bank to get help. Just about ready to transfer my money to another bank.

Can't seem to ever have an operational ATM AGAIN THE ATM isn't working as usual
I’m a prior Citizens customer who recently moved to Wadsworth. I typically do most of my banking online. But, two recent transactions have required a visit to a branch. Both visits to this branch were pleasant experiences. Friendly, fast, efficient service both times.
