I can understand not having enough help to answer the phone. But at least pick it up and put people on hold. This way we'd know the bank was open. You shouldn't just let it ring and ring and ring.
What kind of employee repeatedly picks up and puts the hold music on without even saying a word? “Please hold” takes two seconds. The people who work here are incompetent. You can’t get anything done without an appointment and shocker — the only banker is out to lunch and they don’t know when they’re coming back.
Yes I absolutely despise this bank. The teller told my husband who is on my account hat he couldn’t cash my signed check. Then when I came in she literally told me to go to my normal branch. This lady makes me want to change my account to another bank. Maybe chase or hunnington. I’m definitely looking into it. Hudson branch is amazing btw. Nerissa is a pleasure so take the few minutes drive and go to the Hudson branch.
