I have been working with this bank for the last few months regarding an Estate Account! The staff at the Stow location is Amazing! I would highly recommend this bank to all my family, friends and complete strangers! Nick and Andrea have been such a blessing! They have been so helpful and supportive with all my questions and concerns regarding my account! Thank you to the Citizens Staff!
I cannot emphasize how much I mean this if you’re gonna go to any of the branches near this area, pick this one. The Howe Avenue one is just insane and no one pays attention to you there. I know citizens has its warts, but this branch is at least somewhat normal and kind.
Came here to buy coins. There was a small wait in line but that's okay. The teller was extremely nice and answered my questions and sold me exactly what I wanted
This is the worst bank in the entire history of banks having ever been started. If you are looking for a bank to hand your money out to anyone who wants it and then deny your claims in a fake fraud department, then this is the bank for you. If you are looking for a bank who will ask you then, after a year of letting random companies take money out of your acct for a membership that you never agreed for it to be annual or even more than a ONE time visit or use, then this IS the bank for you, for sure! I can understand not having enough help to answer the phone. But at least pick it up and put people on hold. This way we'd know the bank was open. You shouldn't just let it ring and ring and ring.
