Came here to buy coins. There was a small wait in line but that's okay. The teller was extremely nice and answered my questions and sold me exactly what I wanted
This is the worst bank in the entire history of banks having ever been started. If you are looking for a bank to hand your money out to anyone who wants it and then deny your claims in a fake fraud department, then this is the bank for you. I can understand not having enough help to answer the phone. But at least pick it up and put people on hold. This way we'd know the bank was open. You shouldn't just let it ring and ring and ring.
What kind of employee repeatedly picks up and puts the hold music on without even saying a word? “Please hold” takes two seconds. The people who work here are incompetent. You can’t get anything done without an appointment and shocker — the only banker is out to lunch and they don’t know when they’re coming back.
