Citizens bank $10 charge for a counter check, and long customer service phone hold times has lowered my rating to 2 stars. The website has limited info on check deposits and does not offer chat support, or images of checks! 12.31.2025 update, the two step verification does not work on the website, branches are not answering phone during business hours, and I am on phone with customer support for over 16 mins trying to get login issues resolved. Made sure to close the doors right at 4pm while there’s clearly a bunch of people in the lot trying to get in. Waited 10 minutes in line for the drive thru atm before hand to find it’s not working. Will be closing all accounts with this bank tomorrow. Also what kind of bank closed at 4 and not 5, citizens bank.
