Made sure to close the doors right at 4pm while there’s clearly a bunch of people in the lot trying to get in. Waited 10 minutes in line for the drive thru atm before hand to find it’s not working. Will be closing all accounts with this bank tomorrow. Also what kind of bank closed at 4 and not 5, citizens bank.
Excellent Staff and Service
Teller lied to me twice, telling me my payroll check will be available immediately when I deposited with a teller. I asked this question twice and got the same answer. I would of just cashed it first, Now im stuck for three days. Worse bank experience ever.
Citizens bank $10 charge for a counter check, and long customer service phone hold times has lowered my rating to 2 stars. The website has limmited info on check deposits and does not offer chat support, or images of checks!
