Teller lied to me twice, telling me my payroll check will be available immediately when I deposited with a teller. I asked this question twice and got the same answer. I would of just cashed it first, Now im stuck for three days. Worse bank experience ever.
Citizens bank $10 charge for a counter check, and long customer service phone hold times has lowered my rating to 2 stars. The website has limmited info on check deposits and does not offer chat support, or images of checks!
Every month it's something with this bank I left my job to go to bank and was treated poorly and she kept over talking me they lock me out of NY account every month not a good bank
Went to cash my employers paycheck and lady was EXTREMELY rude to me very unprofessional and took a tone with me the whole time.
