I cannot recommend banking here, unfortunately. My daughter wanted her first bank account now that she'd started college, and she did one of their new account promotions. Very long, frustrating story short, the banker put the wrong name on the account paperwork (later blaming it on my daughter-like how could that ever be HER fault?), so every time my daughter submitted her account info for direct deposit, it was declined. Alliance Citizens.Bank is always very kind,nice gets things right the first time
They have always taken good care of me here. I would say I don't like how they got rid of staff during covid some of the people they fired helped me look for a car when I needed one and Rachel even helped me look for a job. But as far as banking goes I like banking here.
Friendly and helpful. Great place to Bank.
No stars! Was verbally abused by the notary today. Gentleman in the next cubicle and another teller just looked on with no engagement. Manager was no where in sight. Immediately cease business with the Alliance Branch if you want to be treated like a human being.
