Management leaves alot to be desired as far as customer service goes . Complete dissatisfaction. Do better
Customer service management is abysmal to say the least. Walk in to get debit card was told my cell phone wasn't in the registry they would have to send me new card. Agreed with person there. Was told they had no other way to verify my identity I said I have 2 photo id's and original account card in my wallet. More arguing insued when I was told no had to cell phone number in registry I said we'll there had some alternative procedure .. I cannot recommend banking here, unfortunately. My daughter wanted her first bank account now that she'd started college, and she did one of their new account promotions. Very long, frustrating story short, the banker put the wrong name on the account paperwork (later blaming it on my daughter-like how could that ever be HER fault?), so every time my daughter submitted her account info for direct deposit, it was declined.
