They have always taken good care of me here. I would say I don't like how they got rid of staff during covid some of the people they fired helped me look for a car when I needed one and Rachel even helped me look for a job. But as far as banking goes I like banking here.

No stars! Was verbally abused by the notary today. Gentleman in the next cubicle and another teller just looked on with no engagement. Manager was no where in sight. Immediately cease business with the Alliance Branch if you want to be treated like a human being.
Terribly rude staff. Bankers are atrociously rude. Tried opening a new account and they acted like they didn't even want me in the office. We still have a choice where to put our money - DON'T PUT IT HERE!!!
Ceasing Business operations with this Alliance Branch immediately. Customer Services practices by the banker and manager that we cannot stand behind.
