Bank okay. Credit card has terrible customer service. Actually, beyond terrible. It is non-existent. If you have a problem with a Citizens Bank credit card, you are pretty much screwed. I have called, sent a letter, emailed multiple times. They have done nothing. In fact, I just got another letter from them asking for the same information i provided by phone, by letter, and by email. They are a complete joke with customer service.
