Never use this shady bank. We have a car loan through them and the vehicle was deemed a total loss in November and my insurance company has had to send two checks to pay off the loan and because this shady bank has refused to process the check there are now late fees associated with the account that the say must be paid. Customer service is through people that don't speak English as a first language and you cannot understand anything they say. This bank needs to be investigated for fraud
