I had a great experience with establishing this loan with Bob Crothers. Since his retirement there has been nothing but challenges with the folks at this center. Multiple less than professional interactions. I also learned after the fact that the rates for loan would have been better at a normal bank. I assumed (incorrectly) that this tribal service would be an improvement to conventional banking centers as a Potawatomi . That has not proved to be the case.
Outstanding people to work with, they went above and beyond to help. Other businesses could learn a lot from their example.
