This place is an actual joke of a company, they give half baked care to people who need more and are under staffed perpetually. Because they are understaffed the staff is consequently overworked and often forced to do 12+ hour shifts because they can't put their heads together to find coverage between the umpteen number of 'house managers' scattered through out the county.
