Terrible service. AI can do better than the offshore customer service that is bad.
Received a citi bank card from home depot. 6 days later, before they could tell me my due date or provide a statement, charged me a late fee.
I work here and I love this place
Not a good place to work. Teams lead by Indian managers from a different department will steal your idea, make it liked it is his and remove you because they want to get away from potential sticky situation. They will raise the concern as if it was catastrophic if you are not removed. Most PM are just cheerleaders letting the bad managers and directors doing all this bad things to you. The rosy comments are from recruiters, not a developer working on technologies.
Do not do business with Citi Bank.They say they will protect you from fraud and bad purchases. This is untrue. They will give you a temporary credit but will always side with the merchant. They will not gather relevant info for the dispute or give you any chance to offer proof. Do not trust this bank.
