Petra the manager from this branch has the WORST customer service skills. She constantly interrupts and argues with client, even when she’s wrong. Washington (another employee) from this branch should be the manager instead because he is actually competent and can treat client with professionalism. HORRIBLE bank! I opened an account for a savings bonus, but a Citibank rep gave me incorrect information, making me ineligible. Joseph Selwood Petra, Cadmiel Jimenez and Ajhani Edwads Open Money Markt account to get interest rate that was never deposited, as per emails and conversation with several people as witness. I have a case open against CitiBank and those 3 individuals with HelpWithMyBank.gov (OCC) Office of the Comptroller of Currency.

Good afternoon I went to citi bank branch on cypress creek rd the manager help me with my checking that was closed a mis understanding she was very helpful they reviewed my account and open my account thanks to Petra because she spent 90 minutes to help get this to open up the checking account and I was satisfied with her help if it wasn't for her helping my account would have been closed which I had for 18 hrs
