If i can give 0 stars to this branch, I totally would. Inefficient service, tellers don’t know what they do. Rude! They called me to pick up my foreign currency order - I came during my lunch break only to be asked to wait until someone has to come back from lunch to give me my currency! Totally unacceptable! I worked for Citigroup for 10 years! I wish I still did - i would had escalated that matter asap! Would never do my business with them again ever!
They will not honor Citibank checks if you do not have an account. Biggest scam ever! How does a bank not honor their own checks????
