Due to a technical error when connecting my bank account, multiple payments on my Citi account didn’t go through—even though I had sufficient funds and full intent to pay on time. My bad bad experienced with CITI no only offer me rate 9.99 %online ,but send me a paper with the rate 10.99% plus I’m not have access to the loan to make payments I call customer service and nobody can help me out with the problem…the tell me to pay calling to customer service or pay for mail..the thing is delay the payments to make people pay more..sadly I can’t reverse the transaction…
Citibank should not be allowed to handle consumers money until they create a customer service organization that can listen and solve problems. There was fraud on my account due to their negligence. I called them about this fraud, so they locked me out of my account. I have now spent over 20 hrs on the phone with them trying to get access to my $50,000 with no success. I have received responses. There is no branch office in Dallas metroplex only ATM.
The way they escort you out while you're I'm the office they are at your desk putting everything in a box and asked your badge , and escort you out the door.
