This is a corrupt card company that for no reason will drop your credit. I have never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum but they have dropped my credit line twice just to cause me more interest . I will pay off what I owe and shred this card afterwards, and suggest to anyone not to ever do business with Citigroup. Thank you
Lousy website. Difficult to find any actual bank branch. Phoning in is not better. Try to avoid.
I transferred my pension to their 401k before leaving the US. Only later after they had MY money I am told that from abroad I would not have any web access to control or update my 401k account. How can they treat a customer this way? If it is your money you should be able to access your account via the web from anywhere in the world, there are millions of expats! I can only imagine how many millions they have blocked this way.
