Citi is the worst banking institution on the planet. Congrats on your ascent to worst customer service. I have a platinum AA card spend 200k a year on this card as a business traveler wanted to upgrade the card to include access to the AA lounge and they screwed up the request so bad issued a second card. Customer service is worthless. Thank God for chase private banking and american express. Two companies that appreciate high worth spenders and treat them like they want to earn their business.
