My boyfriend and I stayed at Cities of gold Friday night. When he woke up he had been bit all over his body. He couldn’t sleep all night. He took pictures. We then reported to the young girl at the front desk that next morning. She acted like it was no big deal. She didn’t say I’m sorry, let me see the pictures, let me see what I can do about this situation. Nothing! Come to find out they were bed bug bites all over his body.
The front desk staff was deplorable. Every interaction with the two women we talked to was an inconvenience to them. They had open disdain and acted irritated by basic questions. They made it abundantly clear that providing even minimal service was the last thing they wanted to do. Completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point.
The bowling lanes at Cities of Gold Casino have become a weekly rendezvous for some friends and I. The staff are friendly and helpful providing a comfortable place to play a few games.
