Their drivers just sit parked on propertys been seeing one of their drivers repeatedly park and sit at my apartment complex for hours on end just doing nothing but smoking cigs and being shady not too thrilled that they think they can do whatever and park where ever they want

Picked me up on time, nice driver, 5 minutes into my appointment got a rude voicemail from dispatch saying if I wasn't done in 1 hour, they would make me wait for 5 hours. And if I keep doing this they won't drive me anymore . Now left me stranded over an hour away from home

Left me stranded, verified with my insurance that I did nothing wrong and company dropped me off in the cities and refused to drive me back. Beware of this company.

I wasn't given advance notice of my pickup. The driver was a 1/2 an hour late and he was also hopped up on methamphetamines. I took a video of his reckless driving, which included driving into opposing traffic and crossing over the middle line. I complained to the company and haven't heard back.
