Constantly declining my purchases when I have the funds and no help on the weekends or after hours. This bank is a joke.
RecommendedI have been a member of St. Paul Telco/Cities credit union since 1978 They are Very POLITE & HELPFUL. I have had many phone conversations with the staff, they have NEVER hung up on me. I have also purchased my last 4 cars thru them with Integrity Auto. Brett & the loan staff made the process simple. Brett allowed me to drive 1 car home to see if my mom's wheelchair would fit before buying. I have recommend both Cities credit union & Integrity Auto to several friends & family members.
Except for the one lady, seeming crabby sometimes, everyone is the bomb and they've taken very good care of me in every possible way.
The employees are RUDE. They put you on "hold" and they start talking bad. They also hang up the phone while you're still talking.
I've been a member since it was St paul telco. All of the staff have been wonderful to work with since day one thru ups and downs. Thank you all for continued great service. It truly exists nowhere else!
Thank you Cities CU for making banking enjoyable again. You make members feel like people, not just a nameless entity. I used to bank with Wells Fargo & never felt like they cared about my financial well being, even though they constantly offered financial services, it was always pushed on the customer. You all make the difference!
