Excellent when it works, I was planning on taking the CitiBus on Demand home from work but it didn't appear on the app, I called and they told me that they're out of rides because they only have so many drivers, if youre unable to serve the hours you say you do then have that posted before people make plans involving it being available, had to take an expensive uber home instead

It's always that one bus I tries catching at the mall around 8:07 which is the inbound bus 6, the driver always drives off too early and going by their own time which is very unprofessional and frustrating, they really need to do something about that bus driver cause I got places to be like work and other places that are close with bus 6 having to walk a bunch of blocks cause of their own time is not good at all. Please citibus do something about them.

Donna has bad customer service. I tried to arrange a ride for my Disabled Autistic son. I called a day ahead to make sure he gets availability to not miss an appointment to his caseworker. She said to not call early and to only call within a 2 hour ahead of appointment. I called the day of, 2 hrs like instructed. No availabilty. ( After the fact of giving her my address like she was too lazy to arrange the ride from my location.) She asked if he's in a wheelchair. I said no, he's autistic. Rude and condescending on demand drivers! Worst bus system of any city I’ve lived in all over the country. The employees over the phone are rude and expect you to know everything. The on demand van service is unreliable and rarely available during the day. I’ve had numerous issues with the van drivers being rude to me for no reason. Most employees seem to hate their job at Citibus. The GoPass app is worthless.
