Donna has bad customer service. I tried to arrange a ride for my Disabled Autistic son. I called a day ahead to make sure he gets availability to not miss an appointment to his caseworker. She said to not call early and to only call within a 2 hour ahead of appointment. I called the day of, 2 hrs like instructed. No availabilty. Rude and condescending on demand drivers! Worst bus system of any city I’ve lived in all over the country. The employees over the phone are rude and expect you to know everything. The on demand van service is unreliable and rarely available during the day. I’ve had numerous issues with the van drivers being rude to me for no reason. Most employees seem to hate their job at Citibus. The GoPass app is worthless. One of your drivers ran a red light. Almost hit me. Had the audacity to flash the high beams on me. Today on the intersection of 82nd & Indiana. Plate # 1608646. Get the idiot off the streets.

Was late to work and got wrote up 4 being late. When I first got on the bus I asked the lady driver to call inbound 6 coz I have to transfer and her response was I'm new and I don't know how to call them to let them know so because of her I was 1hour late 2 work. Thank you bus driver!
