Bus driver drove off after a second of passengers coming out causing me to miss the bus
At one time not long ago I would have given 4 or 5 stars. Now I don’t even want to give 2 stars for the unwelcoming service they ARE NOT PROVIDING!! It’s not cool to take away bus 19 route to stop at The Student Union Building at 15th / Akron. I’m not speaking just for myself about this because this is a route to get to work without any hassles and using more time as it already is to get to a very important place at Texas Tech University. You suck not on time don't answer the phone bad service
It's really hard to get a ride and even harder to get them to answer the phone. Sorry but true.
The I am at Citi bus so much is that I work as a bus driver. So, yeah, I like it!
