Tellers are great workers
Bank fees are obscene and predatory. My online banking access has been taken away countless times, leaving me unable to do my job. This is due to their heavily flawed security protocols and lame customer service. Their Know Your Customer program makes customers spend hours providing Citibank with personal information that they really are not entitled to and they freeze your account if you do not provide it. Horrible bank. Evil bank. If it were my choice, we would have left Citibank ages ago.
Trashy and looks more like a homeless shelter than a bank at night time
