Excellent experience at the Citibank Bixby Knolls branch. Branch manager Albert Pulido provided outstanding customer service and handled my situation professionally from beginning to end. He was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help resolve the issue instead of pushing me away. Horrible service from Veronica, if she didn't know what she was doing, she should've just asked the Manager on site instead of telling me to Call the Customer Service, for assistance on a matter that can be handled in house! Manager finally stepped and helped me right away.
After my card failed at the ATM, I was a little nervous, but Crystal immediately put me at ease when I went inside the branch. She greeted me warmly, and diagnosed that my chip was malfunctioning, and helped me withdraw funds using my ID. She even ordered a replacement card for me. Crystal was professional, calm, and has a great smile!"
