Excellent customer service from the entire team
Veronica and Enrique were great to work with. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I needed a bank check and we were able to get it taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great customer service at this location
I don’t understand the negative reviews; I had a wonderful experience here! I’m guessing the branch had a massive revamp in the last year or so. Regardless, when I went in, the bank was was very clean, quiet, modern and spacious. The lines were short, and the bankers behind the counter were so helpful and kind (including the one I spoke to over the phone before coming in, I believe her name was Karen) Big shoutout to Joyce Loh who patiently helped me with recovering an old account.
