I am extremely disappointed with Citi Bank’s customer service. I waited over 30 minutes to speak with a representative—not once, but twice. To make things even worse, I was disconnected both times after waiting that long, forcing me to start the entire process over again. When I finally reached someone, they still refused to verify my identity even though I provided my Social Security number, my secret word, and my credit card number.
