Adrian and Vincente were superb. Vincente addressed my issue and was able to satisfactorily resolve it and patiently worked through to help me. I was somewhat apprehensive after reading generally negative opinions of this Branch, but I was pleasantly surprised and although it is a convenient location for me I rarely used it for business or personal finace needs before today.
