Bad service and provide wrong message
The worst bank and the most irresponsible employees
I used there ATM today to get $500.00. I wanted all $20.00 bills . The machine gave me $100 bills. I went inside and asked the teller for $20 bills she asked me if I was a customer and I said yes I used their ATM and was charged $3.00. She said they could only help people with a bank account with them and refused to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said ther are none on Saturdays. I promise you I will never ever do business with Citi Bank
Not worth the trouble to bank here. Any issues are referred to their 800 number. There's no individual service or accountability for issues. To Citi's response below, this wasn't an attempt to get help. This is a caution to anyone who wants to do business with you to avoid your business and bank elsewhere.
