Highly negative experience with this branch teller concierge Michelle Martinez. I’m Citi Preferred Customer for 25 years with six digits deposits in this bank. I came to this branch to take some cash from my personal account where I keep my funds. I requested less than 10k. Bank card, pin and my ID is a standard procedure. But Michelle was not in the mood, was rude, then called for verification (which is standard procedure) and couldn’t read her ID, my ID and my account number to the operator without multiple mistakes. Today I have encounter the most disrespecfulm bank teller athe the Dania Beach florida branch....Her name was Maryet Davis, She did not want to deposit my check by claiming that I did not write "hundreds" that was not true..It was the meanest encouter in 50 years working with all major banks...I will report this to the management.
this branch is a clown operation, lazy, worthless employees with a terrible attitude.
