Not impressed so far.....I opened up a business checking and savings account at the end of 9/2024. It was for a promotional offer for both accounts. The business banker that opened it for me made mistakes that have resulted in not getting the promo offers. It has taken months to have this resolved. The other business banker Angel opened a case on my behalf, but I couldn't get a response from him about the status. Had a problem with loan, was well taken care of, very relieved. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. This problem could of been a huge headache but they were awesome.
Terrible experience with credit card customer service. Logged into website and realized I needed to talk to someone about an account alert. It was very frustratingly difficult to get a person live person. Then, instead of answering my question, she kept suggesting I process a payment on the phone (which I said "no" to multiple times).
Great service from this branch!
