Citi Bank is HORRIBLE!!! They randomly put holds on ATM purchases. I travel frequently and they randomly put hold on all ATM purchases without notifying me. I contact them and it takes 24hrs to release the holf
Worst bank in the world. They won't even cash your payroll checks without a hold. Try any other bank because this one sucks
Not impressed so far.....I opened up a business checking and savings account at the end of 9/2024. It was for a promotional offer for both accounts. The business banker that opened it for me made mistakes that have resulted in not getting the promo offers. It has taken months to have this resolved. The other business banker Angel opened a case on my behalf, but I couldn't get a response from him about the status. He seems to be on the phone making calls out to most likely bring in business, however, he doesn't service his ex... read more
Had a problem with loan, was well taken care of, very relieved. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. This problem could of been a huge headache but they were awesome.
