Horrible experience. First they change an account and forget to close the old account and I’m charged for having a second account , then they’re very slow and always backed up. Extremely dysfunctional and only go here if I have no choice
Horrible manager tashian dont like to help mean while the Hispanic ladies that work there are are awesome they are willing to help you tashian puts an excuse everytime I try to cash my check.

I was having trouble with closing my account due to moving out of state. Thank you to Mr. Mendoza who helped me straightened my whole account situation together. This has been a problem for 4 years so I am very grateful for the patience and time he took to take care of the issue.
