My experience with a global bank like Citi fell woefully short. I would NOT recommend opening a business account here. Except for the manager of the bank Naa-shormeh, the rest of the crew down there is clueless and blank when it comes to routine business banking. Moreover, one of the tellers will offer non-chalant advice without understanding the spectrum of issues that her advice would have led to. Well there is one really lovely teller, my experience with this bank has been anything but great. When I originally went in to pay off a visa bill that my husband had made they talked me into getting a bank account. I told him I wasn’t interested in one as I did not wish to be put in a position that Chase bank did which was to suddenly without notification start charging me monthly charges to the point where without my knowledge my account was closed.
