This is a call center, not an actual branch location. Don't show up trying to get any type of bank service done, even though it's advertised as a "bank" on Google maps. There's no actual Citi Bank in Utah.
I would rate 0 if I could. I make more than my minimum payment early every month since 2016 and in the last 12 months my apr has risen 6 times! And my credit limit decreased almost $1000!! Go with Capital One or a Credit Union credit card company. They treat me better than Citi Bank.
My social according to online automated matches two accounts and when I called to verify I got shifted around n then hung up on I do not have cards and access to any of the above poor service possible deciet n yet I'm broke hmmmm
