Very friendly and professional branch. One particular bank teller Jasmine Ramirez Alfaro provided exceptional service and made my experience delightful. She is the main reason I am writing this review. My bankkng experience with Citibank overall has been fantastic. This branch is one of my favorites. Thank you for your professionalism.
Was promised Euros within 48 hours didn't receive them within a week. No callback nothing I'm taking my money out of Citibank once my cd matures
