I went to the Citi trends on the address below with my grandsons. My grandson wanted to try on a pair of jeans so I told him to kindly ask lady at the register if you can try something on she informed him that the dressing rooms were closed he came back and he let me know. City Trends Garden City. Visited the store on 6/3 the store smells as if the roof has been leaking for a. while, exhaust fans blowing everywhere. However that’s not my issue. I purchased over 100$ worth of clothes as I always. The check out girl removed all the clothes from there hangers while throwing them in this box not folding any of the items each piece was bald up and thrown on top of the other. The location in Kissimmee refuse to give me back 5.99 after I spent $306 there.. the cashier failed to put my daughter’s bracelet in the bag.. went to the store today to get my refund the store manager told me he handed me Everything.. after I just spent $306…and I’m still need my 5.99 back
At CitiTrends on Chef Mentuer Hwy in New Orleans— HOLES IN EVERY PIECE OF CLOTHING!! Makes zero sense bcz the policy for tagging is to place the tag through a seam of the garment. It’s extremely irritating to see holes in clothes that shouldn’t be.I wish I could add more pictures but it’s too much! ACCOUNTABILITY NOW! And make the necessary changes now!
