City Trends Garden City. Visited the store on 6/3 the store smells as if the roof has been leaking for a. while, exhaust fans blowing everywhere. However that’s not my issue. The location in Kissimmee refuse to give me back 5.99 after I spent $306 there.. the cashier failed to put my daughter’s bracelet in the bag.. went to the store today to get my refund the store manager told me he handed me Everything.. after I just spent $306…and I’m still need my 5.99 back
At CitiTrends on Chef Mentuer Hwy in New Orleans— HOLES IN EVERY PIECE OF CLOTHING!! Makes zero sense bcz the policy for tagging is to place the tag through a seam of the garment. It’s extremely irritating to see holes in clothes that shouldn’t be.I wish I could add more pictures but it’s too much! ACCOUNTABILITY NOW! And make the necessary changes now!

While trying to purchase for a small child with out that I seen with no shoes on I thought I had time at 8:45 to go to Citi trends to buy the baby some shoes bc the ones she had on were terrible hit to Citi trends at 850 on the dot and they state there closed now I got to tell a young child that I can't provide them with a pair of shoes that would have been that child's pure joy all bc the manager wanted to close 10 min early with security in side tragic
