While trying to purchase for a small child with out that I seen with no shoes on I thought I had time at 8:45 to go to Citi trends to buy the baby some shoes bc the ones she had on were terrible hit to Citi trends at 850 on the dot and they state there closed now I got to tell a young child that I can't provide them with a pair of shoes that would have been that child's pure joy all bc the manager wanted to close 10 min early with security in side tragic
My husband was just in Citi Trends in Gary Indiana on 5Th .The cashier Aliciea told my husband that since he had unfolded some pants to find his size. She refused to serve him. What she didn’t understand is which is it isn’t what you say . It’s the manner that you speak to a man or an adult. I have the video of this unfolding.
The Citi trends in Kissimmee has 2 nice employees and the rest are rude and highly unprofessional. There has been a few times I needed something and decided to go somewhere else just to avoid dealing with them. They continue to have their inappropriate conversations in front of customers with children just there waiting. I like the products and really wish they had better employees who are more customer friendly and welcoming.
Horrible place to put your layaway in they lost 2 of ours and made us wait 2 hours just to find them smh here in Indianapolis
