Store ok but employees rude and stare at you instead doing there work very unprofessional. Sit around gossiping about others. Customer service bad. Employees need to get it together stop hating on people and do there job wored bout what others buying. And work there very lazy.
The selection could be better but the customer service is perfect. Everything was priced accordingly.
Very poor stocked. Service so bad. Acted like it was to much trouble to even let us in fitting room. Very rude, never greeted or even say thank you or reply when we did. Went there December 19. 2016 around 3 pm, maybe 3 customers in the store this close to Christmas. Probably won't last long. What a shame because I really like the one in Jacksonville, Ar.
Warning to all shoppers- if you wish to shop be ready for rudeness from the employees, to be made fun of by the cashiers for asking to have the fitting rooms opened so that you can try on an item- and a totally horrible memory for your daughter on what was supposed to be a good day. If there were a lower rating than what I gave I would give it....
I do not have experience with this particular store; I simply want people to know about the Company in a corporate management capacity. They are ruthless; they pay their employees a mere pittance; and they do not and will not 'stand behind' their employees. Employees are an asset to a business and should be treated as such. I do not even want the one star up above, but you have to click a star in order to review.
When shopping at this store, you have to shop in portions because they do not offer a cart or basket to carry your purchase, I had to checkout what I could carry , then take it to my car and go back in store to finish shopping, this is and inconvenience to the customers
I love the patient staff members. But it time consuming looking threw all of the unorganized clothes on the racks. Three are girl clothes in the boys rack, different sizes, and while shopping in the adults women section I find that a size ten can really mean a 1x or a size 4. Confusing and leaves me making trips back to trade them in.
I went to citi trends and purchased around $80 worth of merchandise. My friends were still shopping so I ended up looking around some more and found some pants and a bra set. When I tried the pants on they had a huge tear in the crotch. I brought them back but accidentally only had the receipt from the first transaction. And for some reason their system didn't show the 2nd transaction so I couldn't get a refund or an exchange. Good,i think they need more of a variety of stuff male....dnt get me wrong they have a good variety but it could be improved & expanded
