I had a great experience at Citi Roots! Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He gave excellent recommendations based on what I was looking for, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. They have a great selection & the prices are great. The vibe is really chill, and I always have a great experience. (Owner) Ahmed or Ahmad I believe is his name was so kind and informative. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Great spot — Citi Roots has a solid selection and the staff actually know their stuff. Alan is the man, super helpful and patient walking me through options without being pushy. Clean store, easy in-and-out, and prices are fair for the quality. Will definitely be back.
