THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS TERRIBLE I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY IN REGARDS TO REPLACEMENT COVERS AND NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME YET! NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBER AND NO ONE RESPONDS BY EMAIL! I HAVEN'T HAD THIS COUCH FOR A YEAR AND MY COUCH COVERS ARE DISHEVELED AFTER 1 WASH!!
