Everyday this bank seems to be going down the tubes. They like their call center to be out of country and don't hold them accountable when they make errors that place their long term clients bank safety in risk. Citicorp has a lot to learn about the banking business. Until then, I will invest the bulk of my money in my other banks that focus on American customers needs.
