Citi Bank try phone bank on another continent! They're customer service is atrocious. I tried to call a number of branches within my state only to have no one answer the phone & be sent to their automated service which then sends you back to the phone bank in India. If you need to speak to a representative in the U.S. don't open a Citi account.
