They were helpful and responsive and professional. The whole processes took about an hour to close a loan.
Amanda is very rude on a recorded line (I just found out the line is not recorded) I told her that the battery is unscrewed to stop the alarm from going off and I'm not the one that deals with it in that manner my son does all of that.
