Not safe. Door lock is broken. I came to use the ATM after hours and the door was unlocked and accessible for anyone to enter. There was also a homeless man parked inside on the farther end of the room. Ended up going to the bank on 42nd and 6th Ave.

Very poor IT skills. I just tried to open a saving account and the guy has limited computer skills indeed. Made me wait for a few and said there is a name mismatch. The system could not locate you . I took my info and departed. Don’t just go there.

Please fix your doors. There should be no sharp edges whatsoever around the door or handle. I cut myself badly while holding the door for someone else.
