Alyssa Guzman is the foul-mouthed banker that Citibank can ever have, other day I went to get some cash and a temp card she denied to give me the card and i had to struggle with the customer service for an hour until I could get a card ordered to my address, she has bitchy attitude, staff like her shouldn’t be in hospitality business, disappointed.
Went to drop documents for IRA account, banker said better to courier yourself instead of dropping as documents might get lost in the branch. I'm not sure he was actually trying to help me or just wanted to avoid taking documents. One thing sure it is not good for customers.
What an unprofessional branch, every time I visit I hear noises and laughing on the background seems like a branch full of jokers, bare minimum help when it comes to any servicing, bankers are barely seen on the desks, I went other day to open a checking account one of the banker said to make an appointment and she headed back to her desk, unprofessional. The teller line is always busy one teller only. This branch needs to focus on their customers.
Mrs.Mendoza was wonderful. The rest of the staff could care less that I was there and I wanted to sit and talk. I know they are not mind readers but I could tell I would be sitting there for a long while and who has time for that?
The worst customer service from Alyssa Guzman!! She needs some training and has to be educated about customer service and politeness!! I came to this branch to do a wire transfer but the employee Alyssa Guzman had some issues with me I don’t know why “maybe because of my background”!! and she started asking me personal questions and I understand that she has to verify and make sure that I’m the right person but why giving me an attitude for no reason and telling me I don’t feel comfortable to serve you?
