Actually impossible to reach them over the phone.... terrible service
After I read all good things about Citi Priority Accounta and it’s service offered to the clients, I had opened a Citi Priority Checking Account in November 2021. After my Debit Card was activated, I had transferred money from my other bank to the Citi Priority Checking Account. The amount was showing as Pending on that day. NO $50 BILLS at 4 different ATM Machines! While in the City for other purposes, I specifically went to the CitiBank Branch at the top of the escalators at Grand Central Terminal to withdraw a lot of cash, but I wanted it in $50 or $100 bills. And even though the machines each said they dispense $50 and $20 Bills, they only had $20 Bills! Bah, hum-bug.
