I hate it when you try to pay your credit card but in order to do it, you need a check or savings account or you are not a customer. Pay in cash at the ATM but when they are broken... sometimes making it too complicated for customers with only a credit card
This bank sucks. There only a few good citibanks around, unfortunately. The costumer service can be terrible sometimes and caught them dissimulating.
Don’t come trash branch. Had an appointment at 12:30, waited for 30mins and told me the system is down and the appointment has to be cancelled.
