Went to the ATM at that location took out money, went to the teller as I previously done many times before to get smaller denominations and now she says r u a citibank customer??? No I am not sorry we only serve those... called to lodge a complaint and nowhere was found when I finally got through to someone she asked if I was a customer I said no and she asked me for my social security number????? What i said ??? She said it was a 30 min wait , od course it is i hung up
