Been a Citibank customer for 30+ years and this was the BEST branch experience ever. All staff polite and professional. 115 degrees real feel temps outside so they offered water to anyone who was waiting. Wish I still worked around here since I would make this my go to branch!
Excellent customer service. Selma greeted me exceptionally well, was professional and courteous throughout, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend this branch.
Five stars-Citibank on 201 42nd Street is A1! Robinson and Christopher are intelligent tellers who run this branch like champs: patient, professional, and totally holding it together. Top-notch service every time! The management is also courteous and friendly; zero banking snobs over here. Currency is value and excellent service begins from the door! Thank you everyone!
