I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Citi. Despite visiting the branch multiple times since July 7, my account is still not open, and I’ve received no clear updates. I was promised an email about my account status, which I never received, and the staff has been unresponsive to my calls and visits. The delays are unacceptable, and it seems there is a lack of communication and understaffing that is affecting service. The doors on this citi bank are awful anyone can just get in…. There’s always men just hanging out in there after dark and it’s scary as a single female to walk in and try to take cash I hate it!!! Make the doors stronger!!!!
I live nearby and went to use the ATM at 8:00p. The entrance was bolted shut and my card could not open it. Had to walk to a local McDonal’s must further away.
The business banker there Ammon is the best I’ve ever worked with at Citibank. He’s responsive and incredibly effective. Serviced my needs even though I’m not a current customer. Had to do some research on a part account and he came through on all fronts. If you’re going to work with Citibank he’s the guy to work with.
