I recently opened a new checking/savings account at the Post Road branch; my previous account had been hacked in to. I worked with Suzy- she was incredibly nice and patient- even staying until well after the 4 pm clpsong time.
I received a promotion from Citibank by mail that 0% interest for 18 months on balance transfer , I walked in the bank with the promotion letter in my hand and I told the banker 2 times I have 2 credit card and I want to take advantage of this offer and combine 2 credit cards in one card and one payment , but the banker ended up opening a credit card without my approval I refused but she said that she’s unable to cancel the application !!!! Worse bank you can have a account with, specially credit cards. Till this day I'm fighting a fraud charge on my account, that looks like a inside job. A complete P.O.S bank.
