I'm breaking up with you Citibank! I don't like how you're treating me lately. Changing terms, forcing me to keep more in my accounts to avoid fees. Adding new requirements of direct deposits. I don't want my bank strong arming me. Making it harder to manage my IRA. Conflicting information between the call center and the branch about transfer fees and procedures. The last straw was being prevented from picking my preferred new CD IRA rate until I "upgrade" my account to one that requires me tp keep a higher amount with Citi.... read more
Your website is trash. Your app is trash. The customer service experience is trash. It's impossible to get a human on the phone and if you manage to get one, it's some dude in India who barely speaks English and has no authority or ability to see what you're talking about on the account. After 30 minutes on hold for a supervisor, one picked up and two seconds later the call just happened to drop. Citi used to be decent, but now I'd recommend billy the corner loanshark over this institution. Oh and 0.03% interest on a savings... read more
