The worst customer service, spent all afternoon calling a representative. Didn't get hold of anybody
Bad bank in my life. Never go this bank
It’s a normal Tuesday. I have been trying to call this branch 3 times in 2 hours but no one pick up the call during regular business hour.
Do not bank here unless you are prepared to have your money seized without cause for months at a time. I opened an account and deposited a check. After 7 days the check cleared, but the bank seized my account and put it under investigation. They gave me no reason or cause, and I dont know if they are going to keep my money. I told them I need my money immediately to live on and can not wait 30-60 days for them to finish their investigation.
