My banking needs are basic, minimal human intervention is required. Recently though, I needed to order currency for a trip. Called this branch and another in the neighborhood but neither answered and I did not leave a message. A few minutes later, I got call back from a very nice woman at this branch (shame on me for not remembering her name). She was ‘returning a missed call from this number’. The worst bank experience ever. I went to renew my CD account and link it to my account. I was told to go to the teller at the window. The teller on the counter moved me from one window to the other and then told me to wait in a line. After waiting in line for half hour I was called at the window. I told her that I want to renew my CD and link it to my account. She said “she can do both for me.” Then while she was renewing my CD the line behind me grew. Ramon Ardaya is the worst bank officer who I ever had to deal with. I am thinking to take my business away from Citi Bank, because it is nonsense how bank officers are working here. I was in this bank on February 5th. Ramon said he will update me, call me to help me to fix my bank account statement issues. He gave me his phone number and email address.
