My bank branch, always helpful and professional. The best!
I went to Citi bank to open a joint account about 20 minutes before closing. We thought we had no time left. Thankfully a kind Banker by the name of Yusef decided to take care of me and my family. Not only was he attentive and kind their supervisor on site, Princess, also worked well with us. While at this certain location I also saw different Citi Clients come in and they were also properly aided by this locations banking experts. I’m glad I made the correct decision in banking and to build my family’s future.
LOVE this branch! Yusef takes great care of his clients. Fantastic, detail-oriented meticulous banker with customer service that will give any other banker a run for their money. I highly recommend Citi Bank, and particularly the level of dedication that’s offered this branch! First class!
I recently visited Citi Bank for the first time while I was in soho, and I was genuinely impressed with the customer service experience. Despite it being a busy day, It was pretty quick. I was assisted by a teller named Mohammed, who was probably the best bank employee I’ve come across. He was friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.
