Open an account due to a referral from a family member. During the opening of the account, nothing was explained to me in regards to the account, was just told that I needed to make a certain amount of deposits to get a statement credit. Asked about maintenance fees but was ignored and was pushy about the statement credit. Honestly, this should have been my first red flag.
