Great Experience at this CitiBank. Carmen was the rep that took care of me and was very thorough explaining everything to me in regards to what I had to get done. Highly recommend her.
I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Citibank branch. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff, all the way up to the branch manager, is shocking. Clients are dismissed as if they don’t matter, and it’s clear that this location doesn’t value their customers. Dealt with Francesca then a month later Carman. Always a mess. Bank officers sitting at desk don't help they just sit there. You can't get correct denominations at ATMs . You should go somewhere else!
