Never had an issue withdrawing funds until two very specific reps. It is not about their race or culture but I notice I never had an issue withdrawing until them. They work differently than the rest of the team by creating an unwelcoming environment. The teller who appears Asian as well as their manager who appears to be also Asian gave horrible service. Darlene and Ganessa offer world class service at this citi bank branch. Even though their system was down, they remained committed to helping me resolve an issue with my account. Super personable service— so so professional. Service so good, They deserve a raise!!! Ask for them next visit.

ATM advertised you can select your bill denominations. It did not allow me to and then the tellers would not exchange for my desired denominations. Very frustrating experience, will not return to this branch
